Whether it is an informal bbq wedding, a formal sit-down reception or a civil partnership, we here at Beaubray Caterers are the experts - and as it is a special day – you will need special caterers!

We don’t like unexpected surprises and we know in this time of ‘watching the pennies’ that you don’t either so to make life simpler we price our wedding catering service as a package (if you choose from our ‘Weddings by Beaubray’ brochure) and include everything from the serving and kitchen team to the crockery, cutlery, glasses, hot and cold food and even the kitchen sink. Of course, we are only kidding about the kitchen sink - even though we have actually provided one in the past - but it just highlights the lengths we will go to ensure that your day is a success. If the venue has no kitchen facilities – do not worry, we will bring our own at no extra cost to you!

Planning Your Weddding

As a professional experienced catering company we like to make sure everything about your wedding is perfect so that you can sit-back, relax and just enjoy the day. As part of our commitment to you we can provide as much or as little planning service as you need to ensure that your day runs smoothly, and just the way you dreamt it would after all the months of preparation; and if you are not sure where to begin we can suggest any number of tried and tested local venues and other wedding suppliers - we have hundreds of contacts built up over the years so just ask!

Beaubray Caterers offer a full range of Hot and Cold Menus with and we are more thant happy to cater for vegetarians and guests with other special diets as long as we know about them beforehand; we specialise in serving traditional top quality hot and cold food - cooked on site wherever possible - and in providing a modern take on 'good old fashioned' 5 star service.

To create your perfect wedding meal we invite you to ‘mix and match’ from our exciting collection of menus which include

• Canapés – ‘ Kentish’ or classic – created just for you to whet the appetite and keep you going while the photos are being taken
• Traditional Roasts and Carverys – everyone’s favourite
• ‘A Choice of Chicken’ – still the most popular choice - with a range of our chefs special homemade sauces to choose from

We employ regular waiting and kitchen staff who are all familiar with working in different venues with different requirements, and know exactly what to do to make your day perfect; we also transport and set up all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen and kitchen equipment ourselves.
