At Beaubray Caterers it’s all included! Book a barbecue or al Fresco Carvery (you don’t get just a hog roast with us!) and we include the cooking equipment, the services of a professional grill chef, disposable plates, cutlery and serviettes.
There are no hidden extras.
We have years of experience, professional staff and outstanding food. All you need to do is tell us when, tell us where, and tell us which menu you would like.
A sample of our Al Fresco Carvery would include the following:
Roast Loin of Pork - With Sage and Onion Stuffing and Apple Sauce
Rare Roast Topside of Beef - With Chutneys and Mustards
Roast Leg of Lamb - With Mint Sauce
Baskets of homemade rolls
And either Option 1:
A Medley of Roasted: Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips, Baby Onions, Whole Baby Potatoes in their Skins
Or Option 2:
Homemade Potato Salad, Curried Rice Salad with Sultanas and Peppers, Pasta Salad with Tuna and Olives, Mixed Green Salad with Cherry Tomatoes and Roasted Peppers
Both options are followed by
Chefs choice of chocolaty, creamy and fruity desserts, Coffee, Tea and ‘Celebrations’

With so much choice, everything thrown in and years of satisfied customers coming back to us year after year we get really busy! To avoid disappointment, its best to give us as much notice as possible.
